The compact and portable design of the pool safety system makes it easy to take with you on vacations, allowing you to drown-proof any pool you encounter. For larger pools exceeding 20 x 40 feet, it is recommended to use more than one pool unit to ensure comprehensive coverage.

To troubleshoot the initial Wi-Fi connection, users can charge the home unit for 5 minutes and follow the instructions in the app. If no Wi-Fi network is visible, they can turn off the home unit, force quit the app, and then turn the home unit back on to try again.

To test the alarm's functionality, users can turn on the alarm and wait 20 seconds, then use a 4-gallon jug of water or 3 one-gallon jugs tied together and push it from the pool deck at the farthest location from the alarm. The alarm should sound a few seconds after the water action reaches it.

If the test doesn't trigger the alarm, users should ensure the pool unit is located at the center of the pool and consider raising the sensitivity level. For pools larger than 20'x40', it is recommended to add an additional pool unit.

To avoid false alarms, users should attach the pool unit to the pool side using the provided attachment kit, position it away from pump outlets and skimmers, remove any floating objects from the pool, and reduce the pool unit's sensitivity from the app. The "Do Not Disturb" feature can also be used to prevent alarms during nighttime.

The batteries included with the system are designed for long-lasting performance. The home unit battery is rechargeable and does not need replacement, while the pool unit battery lasts up to 18 months and can be easily replaced with standard AA alkaline batteries. For optimal performance, Lifebuoy AA batteries are recommended.
