Outdoor Pool Gate Alarm - PoolGuard GAPT-2, White
The Poolguard gate alarm can be used on any gate, outside door, or screen that provides access to your pool. The alarm will sound within 7 seconds if a child opens the gate, even if they close it again. This alarm is always active and automatically resets under all conditions, preventing someone from accidentally leaving your gate open and allowing children to wander through.
The Poolguard gate alarm is equipped with an adult pass-through feature, which allows adults to go through the gate without the alarm sounding. Additionally, the gate alarm has a low battery indicator that will audibly alert you when the battery is getting low. The gate alarm operates on a single 9-volt battery, which typically lasts for approximately one year.
The alarm comes with 6 feet of UL-approved hook-up wire, as well as a sensor switch and sensor magnet designed for gates. The Poolguard gate alarm is approved for outdoor use and features an 85-decibel horn that can be heard from up to 10 feet away.
